Great Training App

This is a cool app. My wife and I decided to get in shape and signed up for a 5K. Using this app is getting us ready for it. Definitely worth every penny!

I love this app!

I have been exercising for the last 3 years and get bored of the se routine quickly. My sister-in-law told me about the Lolo Easy Abs app first. And as I was looking at the apps, I decided to get the Bootcamp app. I couldnt be happier with it! The exercises are always different and I actually look forward to my morning workouts!

Id give it 100 stars!!!

Im in my late 30s, mom of triplets & not since my teen years have I stuck w/ any kind of exercise regimen. Im not a runner or fan of the gym, in my limited time I love that I can do this in my own home. The variety & flexibility are KEY to keep my interest - love that I can swap out exercises, increase or decrease the intensity and levels. Ive done 31 workouts on an every other day schedule since I got the app and already see positive changes in my body & fitness. So worth the few bucks it costs! Love love love it!!!

This work out is tailored to you! You control the intensity and the exercises. And a bonus is that it is to your own music! Great for beginners!

Wow!!!

I am part of Bootcamp challenge boot camps here in my town and my trainer actually suggested this. I love how it shows you how to do the exercises that are done!!! Love it so far!!!

Just crashes

I was super excited to try this app, but I cant even open it...

Question

How does the app sync up with my fitness pal? And how does this work with beat sync if Im not holding my phone or if its not strapped on me.. Can anyone explain?

Very cool app and way cheaper than joining a club!

I was at an expensive boot camp gym ($140 per month for 3x per week) for 2 months. This app is way better because I was able to load my favorite songs and the app calculates the beats per minute and changes the music as needed. The demonstrations are great. The variety is awesome. I wish it had a countdown timer for each move but not a big deal. I wish it could ignore me when I hit pause! I currently have it set for beginner and Im sure there is much more intensity awaiting me. I havent figured out how to get it to sync with myfitness pal yet though. Your supposed to be able to add the workout to it automatically somehow. I also think that this could be good for apartment dwellers as theres not a whole lot of jumping and bouncing. Allot of floor work and yoga type moves. Worth the money to be able to hop out if bed, do this exercise routine and have your own tunes. Would highly recommend .

This App was better before the update

Ive had this app for quite a while. I thought it would be great if it can upload workout to myfitnesspal. The first time I used it since the update, the exercises on the left are different than what she is doing, which totally throws me off. Sometimes it will just stop tracking time and Im dying waiting to switch to another exercise!! And Ive tried several times to upload to myfitnesspal but it doesnt work. This app was much better than before the update, now its just average when before it was one of the best apps out there. Fix the bugs please! Thanks

Lots of issues with program now

The exercise on the left does not always match what she is doing on the right. The count is off for reps way too fast! Lots of talking over counting. She some times stops counting down. Lots of problems now, was way better before the update. Please fix as I love this app!

Wont sync

Apparently Im not the only one that cant sync to MFP. Cant fully rate application since Im on day 1. Update!!! To sync to MFP - click on history. On the bootcamp application. :) easy.

Great workouts but music needs help

I love these workouts. So much variety & a definite challenge. However if you decide you like the days workout and leave the app for some reason you will likely come back to a different workout. The reason I gave it 4 stars is the music randomizer/player needs major help. It plays the same songs over and over (with 500 songs to choose from) and will sometimes change songs back to one already played. About to turn off the beat sync and maybe that will help. Very frustrating to have to stop my workout to change music (which often will only let me fast forward or rewind to one of two songs in my playlist). Other than the fact that the music randomizer needs an overhaul, this is a great fun way to workout.

BUGS

Will not connect with myfitnesspal like it says it can, when trying to connect it connects me to the App Store to download the bootcamp app...I have it already! Please fix bug stopping the connection between myfitnesspal and bootcamp

Needs some changes

This app needs updates! The exercises could be mixed up much more- theres just no need to do one set of triceps ext (or others) for TWO minutes! And even if you have a variety of equipment it doesnt really include it. Needs to include more of a HIIT repertoire. Please!

Great app

Love these workouts. I dont have to to spend at the gym. I can do these great workouts at home while the kids run circles around me. :) Ill bump it up to 5 stars when they fix the connection issue with My Fitness Pal.

This app is amazing! Always something different and challenging. Also if you go to history in the app click "connect" a calendar will pop up and you select the date then click "My Fitnesspal" in the top right corner. THIS is how you sync it...so all other users take heed. Its not broken, it just works differently

Whoa!

This is geared for people who are already fit. Even on beginner settings, too much is expected. Boo.

Love this app!

There are some issues with this app, such as it wont keep up with what day I am on for some reason. However, I have lost nearly thirty pounds in a little over a month. I need to loose about fifty more if that tells you where I started out. It is not easy, but I though with lots of determination it was doable. I will continue using this for sure!
